Chef's Inc is the perfect choice for a unique summer camp experience for children of all ages. My eight year old daughter came home every night excited to make dinner & dessert for our family each night. I truly felt my daughter's week of summer camp at Chef's Inc. taught her lifelong skills in the kitchen. The class taught her how to think outside the box of plain pasta with butter and chicken tenders. It opened up her world to new taste buds and how to be a creative cook. She loved the class and the staff so much she opted out of beach camp for another week of camp in the kitchen at Chef's Inc.

Kids Cooking Camp at Chefs, Inc. – Summer 2009
For Kids ages 6 and up from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Price per Week: $450.00 (sign up for 1 week or all weeks!)

Future chefs explore their own creativity and style as they join us in the kitchen preparing tantalizing appetizers to yummy desserts. We will go over the finer points of food preparation, recipes and measuring ingredients...all while having fun! And, yes, they will get to eat what they make!

Week 1 - Foods of the Mediterranean - June 15th to June 19th: Discover favorite foods from Morocco, Greece, Italy, Spain and more! Each day we will prepare dishes that your kids are sure to love.

Week 2 - Baking I - Sweet & Savory - June 22nd to June 26th: From pastries and bread, to pot pies and strudel… we will be preparing both sweet and savory dishes they will love to share with the whole family. On Friday we will be having “Cupcake Madness Day”. You will still prepare lunch here, but you will also be making some yummy cupcakes that everyone will get to take home… Peanut Butter Cupcakes, Pina Colada Cupcakes, Green Tea Cupcakes…

Week 3 - Festivals of the World - June 29th to July 3rd: Take your taste buds on a trip around the world as we explore the foods and flavors of Festivals - Cinco de Mayo, Hawaiian Luau, Mardi Gras… and more!

Week 4 - Asian Foods - July 6th to July 10th: Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean & Vietnamese foods will be prepared this week as kids explore Asian cuisine.

Week 5 - Around the World in 5 Days - July 13th to July 17th: Each day we will prepare foods from a different country - Ethiopia, Spain, Greece, India and France.

Week 6 - Foods of the U.S.A. - July 20th to July 24th: We’ll be doing some down home cooking this week as we prepare foods from Washington/Oregon, New Mexico, New Orleans, New England, & Texas.

Week 7 - Cooking Italian - July 27th to July 31st: We go beyond Spaghetti & Meatballs in this week of Cooking Italian! Fettuccine Alfredo, Caprese Salad, Fresh Gnocchi, Tiramisu… to name a few. On Friday we will be having a “Cookie Madness Day”. Yes, you will be preparing lunch, but we will also be making 5 different kinds of cookies and everyone will get to take some home!!

Week 8 - Foods of the World - August 3rd to August 7th: Expand your palate while discovering exotic foods from Germany, Argentina, Morocco, India and the Caribbean.

Week 9 - Cooking Like a Food Network Star - August 10th to August 14th: We will be preparing recipes from some of our favorite Food Network Stars... Guy Fieri, Giada de Laurentis, Alton Brown, Rachael Ray & Ina Garten.

Week 10 - Baking II - Sweet & Savory - August 17th to August 21st: Kids love baking and it seems like one week just isn’t enough! We will be preparing different recipes than we did in Week 2… so please join us for both weeks!
