Professional Baking Program Pro-Baking I 12 weeks
$1,200.00 50% deposit is required at registration. The balance is due on the first day of class. Space is very limited.
Professional Baking 1 Program: Our professional baking program is a 12 week course meeting once a week that will teach you the fundamentals of baking. Whether you want to be a professional pastry chef, or just a home chef who wants a better understanding of the basic principles of baking, this is a great course for you. We will limit the number of students for each class, so that you receive a more personalized hands-on experience. Each class will focus on a particular area of baking and pastry as to cover a variety of different techniques and ingredients. This is the first part of the professional baking program which will get you ready to continue with our pro-baking 2, where we will expand on your knowledge and skill level with more advanced techniques and procedures.
Classes meet Sunday mornings from 9:30 am - 1:30 pm:
May 25th,
June 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
July 20th, 27th
Aug 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
You will also receive a chef's coat.
